Compatibility research for the LIM3

Task: Make Lim architecture for the servers compatible with the Mono.

Research mainly targets SUSE and includes:

• Creating Mono-compatible daemon
• Making XPO compatible with Mono (with MySQL as the primary database engine)
• Deploying proper modular server prototype with the secure DataGateway and simple workflow engine.
• Delivering internal report on the acquired experience.
